Dog Hunt AFter 50 Years of Independence?!!

This is something totally insane that the municipal is doing.

    http://www.mps.gov.my/default01.htm.

Please visit this site  http://cleopatrathelabrador.blogspot.com/2007/09/barbaric-dog-catching-competition.html and pass the word to all your media friends and make everyone aware aobut this. if one municipal can do this theres no telling what will happen if they start having competitions in ur area. and what if  they suddenly dedcide that theres too many cats in ur neighbourhood

    Car kena bang!

    yeapppp

it happened soo bodoh ok this accident wasnt even my fault. Was in a traffic jam on the way to pickup steph when this kancil rear ended my left side of the car. got down to check the damage but the dude just went to the side of the road right away coz we were on the right lane. Then the dude said he was sorry and then siad to wait awhile for his dad to come. this fella was in his 30s k and he said wait for his dad to come. OK fine waited la 10 mins later the uncle came. looked like a nice man. Meanwhile i was checking my car to make sure i could open the hood and boot. luckily that was ok. so after that i said lets just go make a police report to save time la. THen he said tak boleh tak boleh tak boleh and shaked his head like there was and earth quake. it looked weird k. So ok i said fine then he aske dme how much i wanted i said at least rm200 laa just to get let him know he has to fork out money coz he was in the wrong. Then he went on and one mana ada lahhh kereta nie boleh ketuk sikit boleh laa. Then i just smiled at the fella laa. then this shorty of a woman shouted apalaaahhhh tepi saja mana ada ratus ratusss. I just smiled laa while the men just calmed her down laa abit. THen i said if u didnt langgar me i wudnt have hit the front car.. THen he cut me off sorry depan-depan semua takde kena mengena. Fine i smiled again. actually i was shaking laaa coz there was like 5 of them and just one of me. it sucks laa everytime i get in an accident im always alone. This is probably the 3rd time in my life laa i got car accident k since is started driving in 2002. Then i just didnt wanna waste time and i jsut smiled laa until he said 50 boleh? i just nodded my head laa then shaked hands and ciao coz i was already running late.

then on the way to pick up steph i was like driving really slow and being mindful even more of cars around me and shaking k .... soooo kanciong that time but then i managed to drive slowly laa without incident till stpehs house then drove to klpac. was actually later than my call time but didnt really bother me laa i was still thinking about my car and what i have to do to fix it. soon coz its kinda dangerous laa. but so far from what i can see the damage is cosmetic only. Though one of my lights gave way la but its still hanging on with 3 our of the 4 brackets on it.

then till last nite i was thinking laa what a stupid accident it was. Woke up then still thinking about it. soo bodoh laaa. Its like for nothing only have to pay money to fix my poor old carr...

Anyways, everyone please drive safe on the road and be mindful of all the silly drivers out there. I know theres not much u can do but that little bit that you do will kepp ur life safer. Im Really thankful that nothing really bad happened laa apart from the car getting banged up abit.

for alil comfort i remembered this video on youtube

    Rolling rolling rolling...

Its been almost a week since Tunku started its run. I have to say  the response has been pretty good from the appreciating public. Last nite was our less than full hse crowd nite. But I guess the people who got the tickets just did'nt care about theater anyway soo scratch that.

The energy level in the music has gone up a notch, I like the fact that Mervyn our conductor is pushing the tempo, overall it feels really nice and energetic. I just hope everyone can keep up the pace. Its as exhilarating as watching an f1 race I tell ya. It makes the music edgy and not bland. The strings section is really starating to shine and I really like the sound I just wish I could be part of their beautiful sound. *sigh*

tonite we are all set for another half full hse coz its a sponsored nite and Im expecting no-shows tonite

But I am however looking forward to more conversations about  where to eat good foood. I think thats another thing that most musicians have in common. We always know where to find good food. Almost everyone has their own pick.

If you haven't got tickets yet to watch this show go get it already, the songs are great; the music amazing; the acting stupendous! and the stage is jaw dropping hehehe im not sure how many people have seen this kind of setup before. It may not look like much but alot of effort has gone into this production. It would be such a waste if you did not come and see this!!

"Merdeka, Merdeka, Merdeka, seven times the Tunku called. Seven times came the deep, excited response.

The last roaring cheer died away. A roll of drums, a hard metallic command,
and as the strains of the national anthem flooded the stadium the flag of independent Malaya was slowly raised.
Exactly as the flag reached the masthead came a crash of the first shot of the 101-gun salute...
and so marks the beginning of our 50-year journey."

Created and directed by Joe Hasham and written by the duo who brought you the award-winning Broken Bridges, Lim Chuang Yik and Teng Ky-Gan, TUNKU The Musical  has all the colour, drama, excitement, anticipation, heartache, sorrow and uncertainty of that fateful Saturday morning 31st August 1957, when the cries of "Merdeka!" reverberated across the country.

TUNKU The Musical will bring you through a 50-year musical journey beginning from Merdeka Day, through the Singapore-Malaya separation, the 1969 riots and present day Malaysia. Aptly timed in conjunction with our nation's 50th birthday celebration, this is certainly one production not-to-be-missed!
